The estate has 1.374,10 hectares or 3.395 acres of surface. It is located in Palena province, Hualaihue
district, tenth region. The gorgeous estate is 120 kilometers to the south of Puerto Montt city and you get
there by the Austral highway, completely paved . It takes less than 2 hours to get to tehe ranch from
Puerto Montt by car or 10 minutes in a private plane to the asphalted airfield next to the ranch.

This outstanding ranch has two differentiated sectors clearly.

The first sector is a template rainforest which has been declared by UNESCO biosphere reserve, because
is one of the last of its kind (temperate rainforest).which has 1.209.50 hectares, 2.987 acres with coigues,
ma�io, cipr�s, tepu, alerce, ciruelillo, tepa and other native species The estate has 3 different rivers,
Lleguiman river , Cisnes o Hualaihue river and Rio Negro border and run throughout the estate in a
passage of more than 15 kilometrs. In the middle of the forest there is a beautiful lagoon, in which there is
plenty of fishing, the same as in the Austral Highway crosses the sector of native forest in an extension of
6 kilometers. In this sector we have 120 hives where we prodece the finest natural honey.

The second sector is grassland. It has 180 clean and enclosured hectares that border with the river and
the sea. In this grassland a project of breeding cattle raising meat is developed. Hybrid Hereford and
Angus are exclusively fed with this natural meadow. In this sector is a 3 bedroom house in front of the
sea.
Next to this sector is the Lot 1B of 4,10 hectares where is the owners house, the house of administration,
fuel shed, warehouse, cattle pen and pastureland.

It has also legal rights of water enough to develop a 2MW hidro plant
